Communicate to members the idea that we are in support of community service from our members
- Follow up and encourage members to bring ideas to the table
Generate own set of ideas for community service projects for the members of the club
Assign a project leader to each event
Coordinate project leaders
Assist in implementation and communications with members
Promote results

- Press releases

End of the Season Report

Prepare report for the board of directors
- All contact information for venues secured
- Positive and negatives about committee and work performed
- Suggestions for changes, improvements, additions, etc
