The BUSC U16G kick started 2008 with a strong showing at the Freestate
Capital Cup this weekend racking up 11 goals and only conceding 1! The
team was "full blast" on Saturday beating Morris United (NJ) 4-0 and
Potomac (MD) 5-0. Sunday proved to be more challenging as Buffalo pushed past the Arlington Pride (VA) 2-1 in a very exciting semi-final. The dayended against the Coppa Cavaliers (PAE) in a convincing 2-0 victory. Onthe weekend 7 different players tallied goals and 3 games ended in ashutout for a stingy pair of goalkeepers and a powerful back line.
