2008 Score for a Cure Information
Each athlete that participates will be asked to obtain at least 3 sponsors

These sponsors will have two options

To give a flat donation
To pledge an amount based on the number of goals the team scores for the season
Your child will then turn their sponsor information in to the Score for a Cure volunteer on your team, to the CF Foundation, or to Anna-Lesa Calvert.

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation address is 4976 Transit Road Depew, NY 14043.

At the end of the Upstate Premier League Season, the number of goals the team scores will be recorded and letters will be sent out from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to your sponsors. Ask your team manager for Pledge sheets.

Practice attire:

Monday practice: Grey practice t-shirt, black shorts, black socks

Monday Street Socer: Players choice!

Alternating: Sunday/Tuesdays: Grey practice t-shirt, navy shorts, navy socks

Wednesday: Grey practice t-shirt, white shorts, white socks
